Stanford IEEE is Stanford's student chapter of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).  We are a group of electrical engineering and computer science enthusiasts dedicated to sustaining a vibrant and inclusive community among students, academia, and industry.  Through quarterly events, we foster intellectual and cultural exchange that encourages students to explore technology opportunities via various avenues.

Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE) is a national academic organization that brings together science and technology forces in electric power field. CSEE’s diverse members range from voluntary scientists and technicians to organizations and enterprises. 


Founded in 1934 and affiliated to State Grid Corporation of China, CSEE has grown through the decades to include 9 working committees and 43 study committees. Focusing on the development demands of energy and electric power science and technology, CSEE has made active contribution to the development of China’s electric power industry and the building of an innovation-originated nation by carrying out such work as academic exchange, international cooperation, science and technology award, popularization of science, scientific and technological consultation and service, etc. 


CSEE serves as the secretariats of the Chinese National Committees of both the International Council on Large Electric Systems (CIGRE) and the International Conference on Electricity Distribution (CIRED).


CSEE North American Chapter is located at: GEIRI North America, 250 W.Tasman Dr., San Jose, CA, 95134 

Sponsorship Level and Benefits 

One of the primary sponsorship benefits of SCEA is the free access to our closed-door meetings. These events consistently attract audiences composed of energy professionals, cross-border investors, academia, government officials, NGOs, etc. Support for our meetings usually come from SCEA partners who provide meeting sites and/or financial supports. Sponsoring a SCEA meeting offers excellent exposure and benefits such as branding, media placement, and access to industry leaders. All benefits may be customized to suit the sponsor’s needs. 

Sponsorship Levels 

•    Platinum Sponsor (up to 2): $3000 towards venue, startup booth, facilities, event materials, marketing, etc.

•    Gold Sponsor: $2000 towards facility, event materials, and catering.

•    Silver Sponsor: $1000 towards facility, event materials, and catering.

•    Bronze Sponsor: $500 towards catering and event materials.

•    Contributors: Donation of meeting materials, annual publications, or general giveaways for meeting attendees and SCEA sponsors.
